September 5, 2025: South River, NJ 08882 In Friday's league outing, the host South River Rams soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Metuchen Bulldogs.
The Rams (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Tigers go into the Greater Middlesex - Blue outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, South Plainfield by West Orange (West Orange, NJ), 6-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Spotswood Chargers (Spotswood, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - Blue test, on Wednesday, September 10. Metuchen will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Carteret (Carteret, NJ).
