In Friday's non-league contest, the McLoud Redskins (McLoud, OK) softball squad the visiting Bridge Creek Bobcats (Blanchard, OK), by a score of 2-0.

With the triumph, McLoud improves its record to 16-6 on the year. The Redskins host Bethel (Shawnee, OK) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Bethel lost 6-3 in their recent non-league bout against North Rock Creek (Shawnee, OK)
