The Indians now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quapaw for a non-league outing on Monday, September 8. Sequoyah will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Commerce (Commerce, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Broken Bow moves to 4-4 on the season. The Savages travel to Comanche (Comanche, OK) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Indians go into the test with a record of 7-13. Comanche lost 12-9 in their recent non-league test against Durant (Durant, OK)
