September 5, 2025: Birmingham, AL 35242 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Briarwood Christian Lions (Birmingham, AL) and the visiting Brewbaker Tech Rams (Montgomery, AL), witnessed Briarwood Christian's volleyball team overcome Brewbaker Tech by a tally of 2-0.
The Lions (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Houston Academy (Dothan, AL). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Houston Academy gained a win over Slocomb (Slocomb, AL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Rams now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carver Montgomery for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Brewbaker Tech will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-1.
