Utah High School Volleyball - Juan Diego Catholic East

East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Thunderbirds (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Star Valley (Afton, WY). The Braves enter the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Star Valley beat Mountain View (Mountain View, WY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Soaring Eagle meet the Green River Wolves (Green River, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Juan Diego Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over North Summit (Coalville, UT).
