The Stars go into the battle with a record of 4-8. Mary Star of the Sea lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against La Serna (Whittier, CA)
The Dons now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Capistrano Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, September 5. El Rancho will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sage Hill (Newport Beach, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-9.
