California High School Volleyball - Monrovia can't hold off Rosary Academy

In Friday's non-league match, the Rosary Academy Royals (Fullerton, CA) volleyball squad tipped the host Monrovia Wildcats (Monrovia, CA), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Royals battle the Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 6. Rosary Academy will attempt to better on its 13-5 season record. The Griffins come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA).

With the loss, Monrovia drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Gahr (Cerritos, CA) to clash with the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. The Gladiators come into the bout with a record of 6-3. Gahr won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
