September 6, 2023: Wake Forest, NC 27587 The Wake Prep Academy Guardians volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Bunn Wildcats to 1 in the Guardians non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Guardians now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vance Charter for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 13. Wake Prep Academy will meet a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.
The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Firebirds enter the non-league game with a 7-0 record. In their last game, Southern Nash nipped North Johnston (Kenly, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
