September 6, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90033 The Roosevelt Rough Riders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Diego Rivera Huskies to 0 in the Rough Riders non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Rough Riders now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huntington Park for a Eastern game on Wednesday, September 13. Roosevelt will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
The Huskies (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Santee (Los Angeles, CA). The Falcons enter the Exposition game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Santee was dropped by Manual Arts (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
