September 6, 2023: Mill City, OR 97360 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Santiam Wolverines (Mill City, OR) and the visiting East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR), saw Santiam's volleyball squad beat East Linn Christian Academy by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Santiam upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR) to play the Trojans in a 2A Tri-River bout on Monday, September 11. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-7. Kennedy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Monroe (Monroe, OR)
The Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Regis for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7. East Linn Christian Academy will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Delphian (Sheridan, OR). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
