With the win, Leo upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Lions host Heritage (Monroeville, IN) to face the Patriots in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 7. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 5-6. Heritage lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Adams Central (Monroe, IN)

The Legends now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they host Fort Wayne South Side for a Summit outing on Thursday, September 7. Fort Wayne North Side will face a Archers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Lakewood Park Christian (Auburn, IN). The Archers record now stands at 4-3.
