California High School Volleyball - North over San Pedro
September 6, 2023: San Pedro, CA 90731 North Saxons (Torrance, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Saxons battle the El Segundo Eagles (El Segundo, CA) in a Pioneer match, on Friday, September 8. North will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 3-5 record after their 4-1 league loss to West (Torrance, CA).
With the loss, San Pedro drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Banning (Wilmington, CA) to battle the Pilots in a Marine match on Tuesday, September 12. The Pilots come into the match with a record of 4-6. Banning lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA)
