September 6, 2023: Port Angeles, WA 98362 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA) and the host Port Angeles Roughriders (Port Angeles, WA), saw Sammamish's volleyball squad beat Port Angeles by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Sammamish upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The RedHawks host Kingston (Kingston, WA) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Kingston lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA)
The Roughriders now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Kingston for a 2A Olympic bout on Tuesday, September 12. Port Angeles will play a Buccaneers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Sammamish (Bellevue, WA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-2.
