September 6, 2024: Petoskey, MI 49770 The Petoskey Northmen walloped the visiting Bay City Western Warriors football team by a score of 40-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Northmen face the Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI) in a Big North challenge, on Friday, September 13. Petoskey will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Eskymos go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 28-21 league win over Cadillac (Cadillac, MI).
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Midland (Midland, MI). The Chemics go into the Saginaw Valley - North challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Midland was ripped by Portage Northern (Portage, MI), 37-7, in a non-league challenge.
