Michigan High School Football - Brethren loses to Sacred Heart Academy
September 6, 2024: Brethren, MI 49619 Sacred Heart Academy (Grand Rapids, MI) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Brethren Bobcats (Brethren, MI), 43-26 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Sacred Heart Academy advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The travel to Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI) to play the Squires in a non-league battle on Friday, September 27. The Squires go into the battle with a record of 1-1.
The Bobcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Onekama for a West Michigan (8 Man) battle on Friday, September 13. Brethren will play a Portagers team coming off a 44-8 league loss to Marion (Marion, MI). The Portagers record now stands at 1-1.
