In Friday's non-league game, the Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) football team overcame the host Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA), by a tally of 34-21.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 13. Potomac Falls will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Pride enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 31-20 non-league loss to Riverside (Leesburg, VA).

The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Patriot (Nokesville, VA). The Pioneers enter the Western game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Patriot notched a victory over Westfield (Chantilly, VA), 41-24, in a non-league game.
