September 6, 2024: Leola, SD 57456 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Leola/Frederick Titans (Leola, SD) and the visiting Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD), witnessed Leola/Frederick's football squad wallop Stanley County by a tally of 40-8.
The Titans (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Central (Eureka, SD). The Thunder enter the Lake Region (9 Man) contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, North Central was trounced by Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD), 20-6, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Buffalos battle the Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 13. Stanley County will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Pheasants enter the contest with a 0-3 record after their 48-0 non-league loss to Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD).
