The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Superior Wildcats (Superior, NE) and the visiting Palmyra Panthers (Palmyra, NE), witnessed Superior's football squad topple Palmyra by a count of 27-13.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cross County (Stromsburg, NE). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Cross County thwarted Gibbon (Gibbon, NE), 16-14, in a non-league contest.
