The Sharon Tigers walloped the visiting Slippery Rock Rockets football team by a score of 42-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA) in a District 10 Region 4 challenge, on Friday, September 13. Sharon will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Hornets go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 63-6 league win over Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA).
