In Friday's league game, the Sheridan Blackhawks (Sheridan, IN) football team overcame the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), by a tally of 29-0.

In their next game, the Blackhawks battle the Clinton Central Bulldogs (Michigantown, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland game, on Friday, September 13. Sheridan will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 2-1 record after their 28-26 league loss to Clinton Prairie (Frankfort, IN).
