Connecticut High School Soccer - North Branford toppled by Morgan
September 6, 2024: Clinton, CT 06413 Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT), 10-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Morgan advances its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Simsbury (Simsbury, CT) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 0-1. Simsbury lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT)
The Thunderbirds now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host East Windsor for a non-league test on Monday, September 9. North Branford will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-0 league loss to East Granby (East Granby, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
