September 6, 2024: Norfolk, VA 23505 Norfolk Academy Bulldogs (Norfolk, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, Norfolk Academy improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host TEACH Homeschool (Virginia Beach, VA) to face the Beach Breakers in a test on Monday, September 9. The Beach Breakers go into the test with a record of 2-0. TEACH Homeschool won 2-1 in their recent league test against Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA)
The Ambassadors now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christchurch School for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. Norfolk Christian will face a Seahorses squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA). The Seahorses record now stands at 0-2.
