September 6, 2024: Huntley, IL 60142 Rockford East E-Rabs (Rockford, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Rockford East moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The E-Rabs travel to Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL) to clash with the Blue Thunder in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 test on Tuesday, September 10. The Blue Thunder come into the test with a record of 4-0. Belvidere North won 5-2 in their recent league test against Freeport (Freeport, IL)
The Red Raiders now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodstock North for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Huntley will clash with a Thunder team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Rockford East (Rockford, IL). The Thunder record now stands at 1-5.
