Indiana High School Soccer - Trinity nudges Lake Central
September 6, 2024: St. John, IN 46373 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY) and the host Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN), saw Trinity's soccer squad hold off Lake Central by a score of 1-0.
The Shamrocks (10-0) will now prepare for their battle against Castle (Newburgh, IN). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Castle tipped Evansville North (Evansville, IN), 6-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Indians confront the McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 7. Lake Central will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 0-0 non-league Evansville Memorial (Evansville, IN).
