The Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) volleyball held off the visiting Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Glenbard North for a non-league bout on Friday, September 6. Metea Valley will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Glenbard East (Lombard, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-3.
