September 6, 2025: Virginia Beach, VA 23454 Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Cox Falcons (Virginia Beach, VA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oakton improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA) to meet the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next, the Falcons meet the Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) in a Beach challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Cox will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA).
