The Creekview Mustangs walloped the host Polytechnic Parrots football squad by a count of 49-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sunset for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Creekview will meet a Bison squad coming off a 20-13 non-league win over Spruce (Dallas, TX). The Bison record now stands at 1-1.

The Parrots (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Saginaw (Saginaw, TX). The Rough Riders enter the 5A-1 Region I District 4 challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Saginaw was ripped by Boswell (Fort Worth, TX), 21-14, in a non-league challenge.
