Missouri High School Football - Roosevelt crushed by Gateway Tech
September 6, 2025: St. Louis, MO 63110 Gateway Tech Jaguars (St. Louis, MO) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders (St. Louis, MO), 51-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Gateway Tech advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Highland (Highland, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Highland lost 42-26 in their recent non-league match against Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL)
Coming up next, the Roughriders confront the Jennings Warriors (Jennings, MO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 13. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 27-7 non-league win over Burroughs (St. Louis, MO).
