In Saturday's league bout, the West Morris Central Wolfpack (Chester, NJ) football team beat the host Morris Knolls Golden Eagles (Rockaway, NJ), by a final score of 41-31.

With the win, West Morris Central advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wolfpack host Morristown (Morristown, NJ) to encounter the Colonials in a Super - Liberty White bout on Friday, September 12. The Colonials go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Morristown won 24-14 in their recent league contest against Randolph (Randolph, NJ)

Coming up next, the Golden Eagles battle the Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers (Bridgewater, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 12.
