Colorado High School Football - Cherokee Trail falls to ThunderRidge
September 6, 2025: Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 The ThunderRidge Grizzlies felled the visiting Cherokee Trail Cougars football team by a score of 25-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 13. ThunderRidge will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 40-14 non-league win over Heritage (Littleton, CO).
With the defeat, Cherokee Trail drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO) to meet the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Mountain Vista won 27-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Erie (Erie, CO)
