September 6, 2025: Minnetonka, MN 55305 The Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN) soccer nipped the host Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN), 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Sabers now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Lakeville South for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. Shakopee will battle a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 1-3.
The Royals (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Minnetonka (Minnetonka, MN). The Skippers enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Minnetonka held off Moorhead (Moorhead, MN), 6-0, in a non-league contest.
