September 6, 2025: Los Lunas, NM 87031 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) and the host Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM), witnessed Las Cruces's football squad knock off Los Lunas by a tally of 44-32.
The Bulldawgs (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (El Paso, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Franklin beat Del Valle (El Paso, TX), 15-14, in a non-league bout.
The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Rio Rancho for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13.
