September 6, 2025: Riverside, IL 60546 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) and the visiting Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL), saw Riverside-Brookfield's soccer squad hold off Shepard by a count of 1-0.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Elmwood Park was edged by DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
