California High School Volleyball - Taft can't get by Harvard-Westlake
September 6, 2025: Studio City, CA 91604 Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Harvard-Westlake upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next, the Toreadors meet the Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, September 15. Taft will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Cavaliers go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over La Salle (Pasadena, CA).
