South Dakota High School Soccer - Freeman Academy nudges Belle Fourche
September 6, 2025: Belle Fourche, SD 57717 The Freeman Academy Bobcats soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Belle Fourche Broncs to 1 in the Bobcats league victory on Saturday.
The Bobcats now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Central for a bout on Monday, September 8. Freeman Academy will play a Trojans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Groton (Groton, SD). The Trojans record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Belle Fourche moves to 2-4 on the year. The Broncs host Spearfish (Spearfish, SD) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Spearfish lost 4-2 in their recent league bout against Pierre T.F. Riggs (Pierre, SD)
