September 6, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28226 The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles edged the host Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Eagles face the Asheville Christian Academy Lions (Swannanoa, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina bout, on Tuesday, September 9. Rabun Gap-Nacoochee will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 3-3 non-league Davidson Day (Davidson, NC).
With the loss, Charlotte Country Day School moves to 4-4 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Cannon (Concord, NC) to encounter the Cougars in a NCISAA Charlotte contest on Tuesday, September 9. The Cougars enter the contest with a record of 6-4. Cannon won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)
