Ohio High School Soccer - Miami Trace knocks off Waverly
September 6, 2025: Waverly, OH 45690 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Miami Trace Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Waverly Tigers.
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Cavaliers go into the Frontier Athletic outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Chillicothe was overwhelmed by Unioto (Chillicothe, OH), 10-3, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Minford Falcons (Minford, OH) in a Southern Ohio II outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Waverly will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 1-3 record after their 7-0 non-league win over South Point (South Point, OH).
