In Saturday's non-league contest, the Greeley Central Wildcats (Greeley, CO) softball squad triumphed over the host Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO), by a score of 15-2.

With the triumph, Greeley Central improves its record to 3-5 on the year. The Wildcats host Severance (Severance, CO) to face the Silver Knights in a 4A/3A Longs Peak contest on Monday, September 8. The Silver Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Severance won 19-0 in their recent league bout against Mountain View (Loveland, CO)

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Adams City Eagles (Commerce City, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, September 9. Skyline will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 21-4 league loss to Thornton (Thornton, CO).
