The Panthers (12-3) will now prepare for their battle against Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Big Rapids dropped by Tri County Area (Howard City, MI), 3-1, in a league battle.
The Eskymos now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Escanaba will encounter a Red Hawks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Wayland (Wayland, MI). The Red Hawks record now stands at 0-3.
