The Lancers now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to La Jolla Country Day for a non-league game on Sunday, September 7. Carlsbad will confront a Torreys squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Coronado (Coronado, CA). The Torreys record now stands at 9-2.
The Cougars (5-7) will now prepare for their game against St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Tartans go into the non-league game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, St. Margaret's went down by Edison (Huntington Beach, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
