California High School Volleyball - Notre Dame Capistrano Valley

Capistrano Valley Cougars (Mission Viejo, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Notre Dame Tigers (Belmont, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Capistrano Valley improves its record to 6-12 on the season. The Cougars travel to Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA) to face the Thunderbirds in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Thunderbirds go into the test with a record of 3-6. Yucaipa lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Marina (Huntington Beach, CA)

The Tigers now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Crescenta Valley for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. Notre Dame will meet a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 league win over Glendale (Glendale, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-4.
