September 6, 2025: Jacksonville, AL 36265 Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Carrollton improves its record to 12-13 on the season. The Trojans host Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 9-11. Forsyth Central won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against South Forsyth (Cumming, GA)
Next, the Raiders meet the DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Pleasant Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS).
