September 6, 2025: Front Royal, VA 22630 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Chelsea Academy Knights (Front Royal, VA) and the visiting Virginia Academy Patriots (Ashburn, VA), observed Chelsea Academy's volleyball team top Virginia Academy by a count of 2-0.
The Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Fredericksburg Christian achieved victory over Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flint Hill for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 9. Virginia Academy will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Charles J. Colgan (Manassas, VA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-1.
