September 6, 2025: Bend, OR 97701 The Mountain View Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Corvallis Spartans to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Madras for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. Mountain View will play a White Buffaloes team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Culver (Culver, OR). The White Buffaloes record now stands at 2-4.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Woodburn (Woodburn, OR). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Mid-Willamette game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Woodburn was dropped by Oregon City (Oregon City, OR), 2-0, in a non-league game.
