In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Sullivan Redskins volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats.

The Redskins (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Warrensburg-Latham was nudged by Monticello (Monticello, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
