In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Deshler Dragons volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Sterling Jets.

Next up, the Dragons face the McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 9. Deshler will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Nebraska Lutheran (Waco, NE).

The Jets (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record.
