September 6, 2025: New Hampton, IA 50659 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the New Hampton Chickasaws (New Hampton, IA) and the visiting Don Bosco Dons (Gilbertville, IA), observed New Hampton's volleyball team top Don Bosco by a tally of 2-0.
The Chickasaws (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against MFL MarMac (Monona, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, MFL MarMac was beaten by Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dons face the Rockford Warriors (Rockford, IA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 11. Don Bosco will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
