The Eagan Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Willmar Cardinals to 1 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Lakeville South for a South Suburban outing on Wednesday, September 10. Eagan will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Stillwater (Stillwater, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Willmar drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN) to confront the Stars in a non-league game on Saturday, September 6.
