Willmar Cardinals (Willmar, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Forest Lake Rangers (Forest Lake, MN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Willmar improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Cardinals travel to New Prague (New Prague, MN) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 3-1. New Prague lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Waconia (Waconia, MN)

Next, the Rangers meet the Mounds View Mustangs (Arden Hills, MN) in a Suburban East challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Forest Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
