September 6, 2025: Gainesville, GA 30501 In Saturday's non-league test, the host Gainesville Red Elephants volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Lakeview Academy Lions.
With the win, Gainesville improves its record to 14-8 on the season. The Red Elephants host Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Bears go into the test with a record of 13-4. Cherokee Bluff won 2-0 in their recent league test against Monroe Area (Monroe, GA)
The Lions now own a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Hall for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Lakeview Academy will face a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-10.
